Dr. Andy Davong
With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Davong is committed to staying on the leading edge of dental care. He earned his DDS from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas and brings extensive expertise in restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments. Patients appreciate his calm demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to make even complex procedures feel manageable and stress-free.

Dr. Ambereen Ansari
Dr. Ansari combines a passion for the arts and sciences with a lifelong love for helping others. After graduating from Baylor College of Dentistry, she went on to provide dental care in underserved communities across Nicaragua and Texas. At Fate Family Dental, she’s known for her gentle touch, friendly personality, and commitment to pain-free dentistry.

Dr. Ansari enjoys treating patients of all ages and works especially well with children and nervous patients.
She enjoys caring for families and is particularly skilled in managing complex cases with compassion and precision.
Dr. Senan Abd
A graduate of the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Abd brings a strong background in evidence-based dentistry and clinical excellence. He is passionate about continuing education and integrates the latest techniques and technologies to provide comfortable, lasting results.

Dr. Catherine Padilla
Dr. Padilla combines expert clinical care with a warm, comforting chairside manner for patients of all ages. A graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental Branch in Houston, she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2000 and has spent her career helping patients achieve and maintain optimum oral health. She is passionate about patient education, believing that routine checkups and proper oral hygiene prevent pain and problems down the road.

Dr. Davood Quje
Dr. Quje is also a proud graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he earned top honors in endodontics and clinical performance. He brings over 8 years of experience and a strong focus on root canal therapy, esthetic treatments, and preventive care.

Dr. Neha Patel
Dr. Patel’s goal is to make dentistry a positive and empowering experience for all her patients — especially children and those with dental anxiety. With training from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, she brings advanced skills in pediatric dentistry, communication, and patient education.
- She is known for her calming demeanor and ability to connect with patients on a personal level, helping them understand their treatment options with ease and confidence.
Dr. Patel enjoys working with families and brings warmth and empathy to every appointment.
When not caring for his patients, Dr. Upchurch enjoys hunting, fishing, playing guitar, and perfecting his Spanish. His greatest pride is his wife Jana and their four children — Jaycie, Grady, Greenlee, and Gabe.
Dr. Scott Upchurch
Dr. Upchurch is dedicated to providing comprehensive, full-spectrum dental care for patients of all ages — from pediatrics to geriatrics. A graduate of The University of Texas Health Science Center Houston-Dental Branch, he completed his residency in Advanced Education General Dentistry at Sheppard AFB and has been proudly serving the Leonard, TX community since 2011. He brings advanced expertise in intravenous sedation, cosmetic dentistry, and implant dentistry.
- A decorated Air Force officer with over 15 years of service, Dr. Upchurch holds certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support — bringing military precision and discipline to every procedure.

Zuleyma has lived in Royse City for most of her life, which is the place she calls home. Her two fluent languages are both Spanish and English.
She enjoys getting to know every single patient and family member that she comes across. Her wide range of dentistry knowledge and skills has been very helpful to all her patients.
On her spare time, she spends quality time with her family watching movies. She is a loving mother to her two adorable children whom are named Abraham and Anaya.
My name is Marissa I have lived in Royse city since I was 12, but call this place home. I have been in the dental field for 6 years and love getting to know each and everyone of my patients! I am married to my high school sweet heart and have 2 amazing boys that keep me on my toes at all times. We enjoy riding, being outside and spending time just together.
My name is Samantha. I have been a certified dental assistant since early 2015 and have been here at Fate Family Dental ever since. My patients are my first priority from their experience in the chair until they walk out the door. With being lead assistant, I personally train every assistant to ensure our patients have a pleasant experience. I love seeing all of your smiling faces! At home, I am a mom to two beautiful girls and live in a world of glitter and everything pink!
